Due to the fresh and organic nature of our produce, returns cannot be accepted.

Should there be an incorrect item in your delivery we must be informed within 2hrs of the platter being received in order to offer a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order

Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds for cancellations within three months of an event.

To secure your desired date for our services, we kindly request a 20% booking fee. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable, as they are used to reserve your event.

The remaining balance for your event is due six weeks before the scheduled date. This policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free planning process, allowing us to provide you with the best possible service for your event.

Can you hold my date:

Once you receive your quote we will pencil the date for two weeks. After this time, we require a 20% booking fee to secure your event.

Food/Products

All of our produce and garnishes are sourced weekly/ daily. This means they are subject to availability.

Although the majority of our menus are set, there may be slight changes season to season. We may also face supplier issues at times. However, we will always use an alternative.

Food Handling
When you receive your platters please keep them chilled. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, following the UK food standards.
HONEY AND WALNUT GRAZING will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food eaten after this time.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please notify us of any allergy or dietary requirements when booking.

If you or your guests have a severe allergy please note that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of the 16 allergens below:

  • Cereals containing gluten (including Wheat, rye, barley and oats)

Honey and Walnut Grazing are not responsible for any reactions to our food if we have not been warned of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.

How much is delivery?

We are a shropshire (SY11) based company and delivery charges are based on the millage.

Social Media

Unless our customers categorically ask us not to use images taken at their event, we reserve the right to use them on our social media pages.

Honey and Walnut Grazing – Terms of Business

1. Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total quoted price is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than four (4) weeks prior to the event date.

Late payments may result in cancellation of services, and Honey and Walnut Grazing reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover loss of business.

2. Menu Finalisation

Your bespoke menu must be confirmed no later than four (4) weeks prior to the wedding day.

After this point, no further menu changes will be accepted. This ensures sufficient time for sourcing ingredients and preparing service logistics.

3. Guest Numbers & Dietary Requirements

Final guest numbers, including any known dietary requirements or allergies, must be submitted in writing four (4) weeks before the event date.

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, Honey and Walnut Grazing cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

4. Grazing Display & Portion Sizes

All grazing portions are tailored to our signature plate size and presentation. We strongly recommend using our plates or ones of a similar size to help manage portion control and enhance the visual experience.

Overly large or alternative serving vessels may affect guest experience and presentation quality and are used at the client’s risk.

Please Note: We strongly recommend not leaving your guests without a canape or snack for more than three hours before the main grazing table is served. Keeping your guests comfortably nourished ensures they can fully enjoy the experience we’ve created for you.

5. Props, Equipment & Decor

Honey and Walnut Grazing provides high-quality styling items, serving boards, utensils, and decorative props as part of our service. These items remain the property of the company at all times.

Any items that are lost, broken, or stolen during the event will be invoiced at their replacement value. The client is responsible for ensuring items are returned undamaged.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to the event, including guest numbers, dietary requirements, venue details, or start times, must be made in writing and approved no later than four (4) weeks before the event.

Changes made after this period may not be accommodated and could incur additional charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the client:

The initial booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than four (4) weeks before the event are subject to a charge of 100% of the total fee.

If Honey and Walnut Grazing must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued. We will also assist with recommendations for alternative catering support where possible.

8. Force Majeure

Honey and Walnut Grazing is not liable for failure to provide services in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, or government restrictions.

9. Photography & Marketing

We may take photographs of your grazing display for promotional purposes. Please let us know in writing if you do not wish for images from your event to be used in our marketing materials or social media.

10. Acceptance

By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
